Daily sadhana
Ten quiet minutes, already planned
A sadhana is a short sequence you do not have to design. Each path below strings breath, mantra and stillness together, tells you what to do at every step, and runs its own timer so you can keep your eyes closed.
Shoonyaka suggests a practice, not a prescription. A sadhana is a way of spending ten quiet minutes with attention. It does not diagnose anything, does not replace medical or mental-health care, and does not guarantee any result.
